Service Desk

You’re the first voice a client hears and the first pair of hands on a problem. Your day is built around answering calls, triaging tickets, and delivering first-class customer care — you are the face of We Do Your Group. It’s fast, varied, and genuinely satisfying when you get it right. No two calls are the same, and you’ll build real relationships with the clients you support day in, day out.

Consultants & Assistants

Your day runs from a structured calendar. You won’t be fielding calls — your focus is on the work in front of you, whether that’s a technical project, a marketing campaign, a client deliverable, or a consultation. You’ll have clarity on what you’re doing and the space to do it well. Meetings, collaborative sessions, and the occasional client visit or on-site job break up the routine in the best way.

Management

You own your day more than most. There’ll still be booked commitments and client touchpoints, but the shape of your week is yours to drive. Your focus is strategy, people, and outcomes — making sure your team has what they need and the business is moving in the right direction. You’ll be close enough to the work to stay sharp, and trusted enough to lead without someone looking over your shoulder.

We’re based at Apex Court in Bradley Stoke — a proper, professional base with easy access across Bristol and beyond. Whether you’re coming in daily or splitting your time, it’s a good place to work from.
