We’re a mix of experienced professionals and people who’ve grown up through the business. Some joined straight from college. Some came from large corporates and wanted something with more soul. What everyone has in common is that they give a damn.

The team is genuinely hilarious – the banter is real, the Christmas parties are legendary, and somehow we still manage to get loads of great work done in between.
