Full Job Description

We’re growing our AI & Technology Consulting team and looking for someone who genuinely gets excited about where technology is going — not just someone who keeps things running. This is a hands-on consultancy role working across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, cloud platforms, and cyber security, all in service of the small and medium-sized businesses we support across Bristol and the South West.

You’ll be part of a close-knit MSP team backed by the wider We Do Your Group family — an NCSC Assured Service Provider, Cyber Essentials Plus certified, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 accredited. We take what we do seriously, and we do it properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

AI and Microsoft Copilot consultancy — You’ll help clients understand and deploy AI tools including Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, identifying where AI genuinely adds value to their workflows and supporting rollout under the direction of the AI & Technology Manager.

Client relationships and technical advice — You’ll act as a trusted advisor to your clients, building a genuine understanding of their business needs and giving them clear, honest recommendations — in plain language, without jargon.

Infrastructure and cloud delivery — You’ll lead and assist with deployments across Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, virtualisation, networking, hardware and software. Hands-on delivery is a core part of the role — backups, migrations, onsite visits and server-based work all feature.

Cyber Essentials and cyber security — You’ll support clients through Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certification, helping identify and remediate security gaps and ensuring environments meet NCSC standards.

Documentation and standards — You’ll keep accurate, thorough records on all tickets and maintain up-to-date client system documentation. Good documentation habits are part of how we deliver consistently excellent service.

Collaboration and knowledge sharing — You’ll work closely with the AI & Technology Manager and Service Desk, share knowledge freely with the wider team and help junior colleagues grow.

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid technical grounding across IT infrastructure, networking, hardware and software
  • Practical experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms — Copilot experience a bonus
  • Working knowledge of Cyber Essentials requirements and secure configuration
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and how it can be applied practically
  • Clear communicator — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical clients
  • Methodical problem-solver who sees issues through from diagnosis to resolution
  • Well-organised with strong documentation and ticket-logging habits
  • Self-motivated and accountable — takes ownership without needing to be chased
  • MSP experience (minimum 3 years) is essential

What We Offer

  • £30,000–£35,000 per year
  • Full training and support from day one
  • Real career progression within a growing group of businesses
  • 28 days’ holiday including bank holidays, plus your birthday off
  • Company pension scheme
  • Regular team socials and a Christmas party
  • A values-led culture built on Fairness, Accountability, Mentorship, Innovation, a Long-term view, and putting People first
