Full Job Description

Start your career with a team that genuinely cares

We are looking for a warm, organised and reliable person to join our Service Desk as a Service Desk Consultant. This is the friendly first voice our clients hear when they get in touch, so it is a role built around people every bit as much as process. You do not need an IT background to thrive here. If you are a great communicator who likes keeping things running smoothly and looking after people, we would love to hear from you.

You will be part of a close-knit team, supported from day one, with real room to learn and grow. Small enough to care, big enough to support.

What you will be doing

You will be the first point of contact for client enquiries by phone, email and our ticketing system, making sure each one is logged clearly and booked in with the right technician. You will keep clients updated on progress, chase open tickets so nothing slips, and keep our records accurate and tidy. Alongside this you will help with day-to-day administrative tasks, from software licences and renewals to arranging deliveries and supporting the wider team during busy periods.

What we are looking for

  • A clear, confident and friendly communicator, comfortable talking to clients on the phone and in writing
  • Well organised and calm under pressure, able to manage a busy queue and prioritise sensibly
  • Strong attention to detail when logging tickets and keeping records
  • Basic comfort with everyday IT and software, and a genuine willingness to learn (no technical qualifications or prior IT experience needed)
  • A customer-first attitude and a real desire to help people

We hire for attitude and potential as much as experience, so if this sounds like you, please do apply even if you do not tick every box.

Why join us

You will be joining a family of businesses that takes its work seriously without taking itself too seriously. We invest in our people, we back you to grow, and we look after each other. Our values run through everything: fairness, accountability, mentorship, innovation, a long-term view, and putting people first.

How to apply

Send your CV and a short note telling us a little about you. Every application is read by a real person, and we will always come back to you.
