Who are JR Pat Testing and what were they looking for?

JR PAT Testing are a national PAT Testing company providing a local and highly personalised service in every town and city, wherever you are in the country. They aim to deliver outstanding service to their staff and customers. They do this by showing respect, kindness and empathy to each other at all times while also promoting excellent Health & Safety practices and well-being through the delivery of our services.

 

They were looking for a better search presence across the UK, which is why we suggested a new website.

Developing The Website

We started with our tried and tested set of tools which allows us to build both fast and easily editable websites. We then scoped out what the project needed in terms of pages by looking at the current content on the existing website as well as thinking about what potential customers may want to see when looking for PAT Testing services.

One of the most important pages is the home page. This is where we also found some additional content through multiple redesigns. This included highlighting the different places they often test, from businesses and landlords through to the military which was an area of focus throughout the site.

One of the most important aspects of the website was the services page. This includes building various pages that will improve conversion rates, such as customer journeys, FAQs, reviews and what is PAT testing as this is a major term from our SEO research.
