A strong brand is built on consistency — the way we look, the way we sound, and the way we present ourselves should feel the same wherever someone encounters us. These guidelines are here to help anyone working with our brand do it justice. From colours and typography to tone of voice and logo usage, you’ll find everything you need right here. We use one font across everything we produce — Poppins. Clean, modern and highly readable, it’s used at different weights to create clear hierarchy across all our materials. Bold for headings, semi-bold for subheadings, and regular for body text. If Poppins isn’t available, fall back to Arial. Consistency is everything — please don’t introduce other typefaces.
Our brand uses five core colours, and these should be the only colours used in any We Do Your Group material. Dark Blue and Light Blue are our primary colours — you’ll see them throughout our logos, headings and key visual elements. Purple Blue, Dark Grey and Light Grey provide depth and support. Always use the exact values provided here to keep everything looking sharp and consistent.
Our logo is one of the most important elements of our brand identity — it should always be treated with care. We have several variants to suit different backgrounds and contexts, including full colour, white, text-only and favicon versions. Always use the correct variant for the background you’re working with, never stretch or distort the logo, and make sure there’s always adequate clear space around it. When in doubt, less is more.
Our accreditations aren’t just badges — they’re proof of the standards we hold ourselves to. From NCSC Assured Service Provider status to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification, these credentials demonstrate our commitment to quality, security and professionalism. Always use the official badge artwork and display them together where possible, particularly on client-facing materials, proposals and presentations.
Whether you’re presenting on a video call or adding a finishing touch to a document or design, using the right background helps reinforce who we are. Our branded backgrounds are available for use as virtual meeting and Zoom backgrounds, as well as general patterned backgrounds for use in presentations, documents and other materials. Using these consistently across the team helps us look polished and professional — whether we’re in the office, working remotely or on a call with a client.
