Hi, I’m Poopy — Head of Chicken & Culture in the Leadership & Strategy team at We Do Your Group. I’m a Chihuahua, and yes, I am aware that I am small. I bring a big attitude, an unshakeable sense of self and a calm, commanding presence that keeps this team grounded and focused. I am cuddly, charming and excellent company — entirely on my own terms. Approach me correctly and you’ll have a friend for life. Approach me incorrectly and I will return to my bed without a word. I think that’s fair.

My Favourite Parts of the Job

Maintaining order. This team runs better when I’m in the room and everyone knows it. I bring a calmness to the leadership environment that is genuinely difficult to quantify but impossible to ignore. I also take my cultural responsibilities very seriously, which includes morale, atmosphere and ensuring that the energy in this office remains exactly where I want it.

Also the food. I take the food very seriously.

My Experience

I have spent my career mastering the art of doing everything on my own terms and making it look effortless. My background spans advanced window observation, professional sunbathing, selective cuddling and a finely tuned instinct for sniffing out opportunity — particularly if that opportunity is chicken, ham or any meat-based product within a reasonable radius. I bring all of this expertise to the Leadership & Strategy team daily.

My Hobbies & Interests

Sunbathing is my first love and I pursue it with the dedication of a professional athlete. I also enjoy sitting by the window, surveying my surroundings and making considered judgements about what I see. Food is a serious passion — I will investigate anything edible and I have never once turned down a piece of chicken without good reason.

Cuddles are available but must be initiated correctly and on my schedule. Attempts to cuddle me outside of approved hours will result in my immediate and dignified withdrawal to my bed. No hard feelings. It’s simply policy.

Calm is a skill. Chicken is a love language. I am fluent in both.

The value that resonates most with me is You — people first, always. I keep this team calm, lifted and looked after simply by being present. My contribution to morale is passive, consistent and enormously effective. I don’t need to make a noise about it. I simply exist in the room, occasionally accept a stroke, and the whole atmosphere improves. That is leadership. That is culture. That is me.
