We partnered with We Do Your Group to give their email signature a dynamic redesign. Our goal was to create a modern, cohesive look that not only highlights their brand but also showcases all their accreditations and associated companies in a visually compelling way.

Who are We Do Your Group, and what were they looking for?

We Do Your Group is a UK-based company that provides a range of services, including IT support, cybersecurity, digital marketing, and telecommunication solutions for businesses. They focus on offering certified, high-quality services tailored to their clients’ needs.

They were looking for a new email signature that would be informative and helpful to clients.

Why We Needed A New Signature

The old email signature wasn’t cutting it anymore—it failed to showcase their latest accreditations and didn’t give enough spotlight to their partner companies. They needed a fresh look that reflected who they are and everything they offer.

Developing The New Signature

We started by using our email signature manager Exclaimer, taking design elements from the We Do Your Group site and seeing where they could be applied to the email signature to create a cohesive design with their brand and styling. It was essential that all of their companies, their accreditations, and any other important links and information that their clients needed to know were displayed in the signature.

Creating Variations For Each Company

Once the initial design was approved, we customised it for each company, creating variations that aligned with their unique brand identity and audience. This approach ensured that every signature stood out while maintaining a cohesive connection across the group.
