What is ISO 9001 certification?
ISO 9001 is the world’s most recognised quality management system standard, established by the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO).
ISO 9001 helps organisations implement clear, repeatable processes to maintain a quality service for their customers every time. Achieving ISO 9001 means we have an accredited Quality Management System (QMS) that helps us to increase the quality of delivery and service we can offer our customers.
The certification is assessed by an external auditor who ensures that the standards are upheld, and this is reassessed every three years. The audit process is robust and includes checks of internal management reviews and internal audits which take place throughout the year.
