We Do Your Group Limited, is committed to combatting slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains, and we make this statement to assist with compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. This statement relates to the financial year ending 31st March 2024
As our business has a turnover of less than £36 million, we do not have a legal obligation to produce a modern slavery statement. However:
To that end, we confirm that we have examined our own business and, to the extent that it is reasonably practicable, businesses within our supply chain and we confirm the following:
Further details about our business and supply chain are provided below.
Our business operates in the IT and Communications sector. We work with several key direct suppliers, who provide us with goods, such as equipment for our premises, and services, such as outsourced business processes, IT software and marketing services.
Our business structure is quite simple; we have 19 employees and operate as a group company. We Do Your Group Limited is the parent company and has several subsidiaries under it, such as:
We operate from one office based in Bristol, UK, with three company directors and three managers.
Our orders are delivered directly from our suppliers either to our customers or to us at our Bristol address. Suppliers are checked before use to ensure that they have ISO credentials, Cyber security credentials and GDPR compliance. Most of our suppliers operate within the United Kingdom only, with a couple in the EU.
We understand that certain industry sectors and geographical regions entail a greater risk of exploitation than others. We do not believe our supply chain is in one of those sectors.
Where it is reasonably practicable, we ensure that businesses in our supply chain have made a similar statement relating to slavery and human trafficking.
We also encourage all employees to report on any matters relating to slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains of which they become aware. In light of this, we provide Modern Slavery Training to all staff members.
The person in our business responsible for assessing matters relating to slavery and human trafficking is Jody Morrow.
