Hi, I’m Anthony — AI & Technology Consultant at We Do Your IT. I’m friendly, down-to-earth and genuinely enjoy what I do. I’ve always been drawn to the Communications and IT world, and what keeps me here is simple: there’s real satisfaction in solving a problem for someone and knowing they’re better off for it. I’m chatty, honest and always ready to dig into whatever challenge comes my way — whether that’s a complex technical issue or just helping someone feel more confident about their technology.
The part I love most is the moment a customer’s problem is resolved and you can hear the relief in their voice. Throughout my career I’ve worked with all kinds of people, and what I’ve learned is that every single one deserves patience, respect and personalised attention. I never oversell, I never talk down to anyone, and I always aim to deliver the kind of service I’d want to receive myself. That standard matters to me, and it always has.
I also genuinely enjoy the variety of the role. No two days are the same, and no two customers are the same — and I find that keeps the work interesting and meaningful.
I’ve built my career in the Communications and IT field, developing a broad range of technical skills alongside a deep understanding of how to work effectively with people. My role as AI & Technology Consultant means I’m constantly exploring how emerging technology — particularly AI — can be applied in practical, meaningful ways for businesses and individuals.
What sets me apart is the combination of technical knowledge and the ability to communicate it clearly and without jargon. I believe technology should feel accessible to everyone, and I take real pride in being the person who makes that happen.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening — as I often say, it’s what you’re supposed to do at 55. But the real highlight of my weekends is spending time with my grandchildren. That’s where I’m happiest. I also enjoy cooking, though I’ll be the first to admit the results are variable. It’s the attempt that counts.
The best part of this job isn't fixing the problem — it's knowing the person on the other end feels reassured and supported. That's what I'm really here for.
The value that means the most to me is You — the belief that every person matters and every interaction deserves genuine care and respect. In my line of work, I meet people who are frustrated, confused or worried about their technology, and the most important thing I can do is make them feel heard and supported. It’s not about closing a ticket or hitting a target — it’s about the person on the other end of the call and whether they feel better after speaking to me than they did before. Being small enough to care means actually caring, and that’s something I take seriously every single day.
