What draws me in and keeps me motivated is the fact that the IT landscape never stands still — there’s always a new solution, a smarter approach or a better way of doing something waiting to be discovered. That constant evolution genuinely excites me, and it’s what makes this industry such a great place to build a career.
What I enjoy most is taking the stress of IT off a customer’s hands. I know that for many people, technology can feel like a burden — something that slows them down or causes anxiety when things go wrong. My goal is to create an environment where clients feel genuinely confident and relieved to bring their issues to me, knowing they’ll be handled properly and efficiently.
I also love the problem-solving side of the role. There’s real satisfaction in getting to the bottom of a complex issue and finding the right solution, and that drive to work things out is something I carry into everything I do.
My background is in IT support and technology management, with a strong focus on delivering excellent service and staying ahead of the curve when it comes to emerging technology. As AI & Technology Manager, I’m exploring how the latest advancements — particularly in AI — can be applied in practical, meaningful ways to help the businesses and individuals we work with.
I bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking and a genuine enthusiasm for what technology can achieve when it’s in the right hands.
Outside of work, I love to travel with my fiancée — exploring different cultures, experiencing new places and broadening our horizons. Those experiences give me a perspective that feeds directly into how I think about problems and people. When I’m not travelling, you’ll find me engrossed in various games, which I find genuinely sharpens my problem-solving and strategic thinking in ways that translate well to the day job.
