My Favourite Parts of the Job

What I enjoy most is creating a calm and efficient experience for customers. I know that IT issues can feel stressful and disruptive, so my aim is always to make every interaction feel seamless and reassuring. I pay close attention to detail in everything I do — I want every customer to feel heard, valued and, above all, genuinely helped.

I also love the problem-solving aspect of the role. There’s a real intellectual satisfaction in getting to the root of an issue and finding the most elegant solution, and that challenge keeps me engaged and motivated every day.

My background is in IT consultancy and technical support, with a strong focus on emerging technology and AI. I bring a blend of logical thinking, creative problem-solving and technical knowledge to every situation, and I’m always looking for smarter approaches and better tools to deliver the best possible results.

I’m someone who pays close attention and takes pride in the quality of what I deliver — because the details matter, especially when someone is relying on you to get it right.

My Hobbies & Interests

Outside of work, I lose myself in the world of music and gaming. Whether I’m strumming a guitar, spinning records or diving into a virtual adventure, these activities fuel my creativity and keep me inspired. I genuinely believe that the creative energy I get from music and gaming feeds directly into how I approach problems at work — it keeps my thinking fresh and my perspective wide.
