All you need to do is go to the top bar on your Mac.
Press on this icon –
Then press on the words “Get help with a Issue with your Computer”
Then a pop up will appear where all you have to do is follow the instructions and your ticket will be sent to our system. One it is received you will get a confirmation you your email and a technician should be in touch!
How to Log a Ticket On Windows
All you need to do is go to the bottom right hand bar on your Windows Machine and press the up arrow.
Then press on this icon –
And press on the words “Get help with a Issue with your Computer”
